I was absolutely thrilled to get a pair of sash pants for $48, I'm a single mom and I feel soo guilty when I make extravagant purchases but let's face it..... These pants are soo worth it. I have been wanting another pair and when I saw that email for the 40% off sale I flipped!! I immediatley purchased a pair of sash pants, I was charged for them and then received a tracking number that they would ship on 9/11, on 9/11 I received an email stating the pants were not in stock at time of purchase...I understand glitches and all that but why was I charged? I'm soo disapponted. Will these 'original' sash pants be available again? I hope so and if they are I would hope I can use my credit toward these at the sale price. Please contact me to let me know, thank you!

Re: What happened with the sale?
Sat, September 12, 2009 - 3:16 PMThat stinks... As for the charge, it is probably automatic. They didn't update their site to show they were not available. Then you have to wait a some business days for it to get credited back. I have made purchases from the internet and this has happened. That is what stinks about internet shopping. But, I would contact them to see what the deal is. -

Re: What happened with the sale?
Sat, September 12, 2009 - 5:30 PMDid you try calling a sales representative at the number at the top of the tribe page? That's your best bet for working this out. You might have to settle for a different style but at least you can get some tasty Melos. -

Re: What happened with the sale?
Sat, September 12, 2009 - 5:55 PMAgree w Kaleena's advice to call Melodia store directly.
I was interested in the copper sparkly pants. They showed $48 price, but no avail on melodia website. They were showing up however on Ebay at a higher price. Store rep acknowledged some challenges w/ website. She confirmed availability of pants and indicated that inventory would be moved to website. About an hour later, I logged in and bought them.
Good luck...my pants arrived on Thursday -- the first new pair I've owned -- bought my others from fellow tribe.net-ers or from bhuz.com folks. Luv 'em, luv 'em, luv 'em. Here's hoping that everything works out!!! -
