Hi everyone,
I am about to purchase my first pair of Melodias and I am not sure what size to get. Their size chart isn't particularly helpful. I wear a size two in slacks. Any suggestions?

The inseam is either 31 or 33, so if that isn't long enough to reach the ground on you, you could possibly wear a M34 without too much bagginess instead. -

Thu, October 1, 2009 - 10:59 PMHere's another Melo sizing question: my inseam is 29" (I'm only 5'1") and my hips (the widest part of my body) is 39.5" across. The size I wear in pants ranges by the pants from 4 to 10.
My question is, do you think the S31 would be too small, or too long?? -

Sun, October 4, 2009 - 6:59 PMA small 31 would fit you fine. Keep in mind the red melos run shorter so you could get away with s33 in red. Otherwise, S31 is fine for you

Mon, November 9, 2009 - 12:02 AMalso remember you want the pants to at least hit the ground!!...hi water melos are BAD bad bad. ususally 2" or so longer than your actual inseam is a safe bet. also allows for a bit of shrinkage from the first wash.
