Hello I've order 2 melos and a top....its now 5 weeks ago...whe live in holland so maybey there for it takes longer, the amount is paid, but the tracking device doesn't give information, only this,

Have you checked with your local customs office to see if the package has been delayed there?
Unfortunately, the USPS can only track a package until it leaves the US, and they process so many millions of packages that they do not always scan each item to track that it has been received and shipped. -

I'm in Canada, and the last pair I ordered said "Electronic Shipping Info Received" the whole time (usually it is updated to received at post office, transferred to new one, with Canada Customs, etc.) - I was starting to get really annoyed that my pants hadn't been shipped yet and then they arrived! The tracking info wasn't updated at all. -

It's sad but true that the post can take a REALLY LONG TIME between the USA and NL.
But it usually turns up ....eventually.......and hopefully "zonder duane kosten".

The same thing happened to me.... I bought some pants and they still haven't arrived.. I get the same message as you!!
I'm pretty sure they're not stuck in UK customs as I had that before and they sent me a letter and told them to pay them some money to get them out...
So I ordered these way back at the beginning of March.... Have pretty much given up on them... Guess they're stuck in the realms of US postal service somewhere - maybe they'll turn up one day if i am lucky!!!

Sometimes they actually do *not* contact you when your pants are on hold and have a pending tariff/duty.

So the qeustion for us is l what the hell can whe do!!!
