Altered for Halloween costume, worn one time, never danced in!
I drew a scale and fish tail design on the bottom half of each leg with a bleach pen to try to make into a mermaid pattern.
(I'm sure I've done a few worse things in my life.)
Picture of the pants in action at the Halloween party here: melodiapants.tribe.net/photos...c9456ef
I have intended wholeheartedly since then to either bleach them completely and do something else fun with paint or dye, or cut them into capris, or bleach and dip just the bottoms a different color.
But they are still folded up in my closet, neglected and alone. Time to salvage them!
Brand spanking new, but they really need a special someone creative enough to change them into something delicious.
$50 (includes domestic s+h)

Sage twist tops
Tue, September 29, 2009 - 4:11 PMIf you actually want to wear this silly costume, let me know. I'll throw in a used sage twist top for another $20. You can have the silly plastic shell bra if you order the set. (If you want it, just let me know.)
Hmm, for some reason I actually have two used sage twist tops, each has some funky color issue on one side, so no longer reversible, but great condition otherwise. $20 each includes domestic s+h. -

Re: Sage twist tops
Tue, September 29, 2009 - 10:06 PMAny chance I can squish into that twist top? I just got a brand new tie top (cream and silver faux assuit) and its cut so tiny that it would be an underbust for me! Sadness ensured. :( -

Re: Sage twist tops
Mon, October 19, 2009 - 10:43 PMSundays have been free lately though on All Hallow's Eve we'll be at Escondido Faire. Perhaps this upcoming Sunday? What time is the class and what is the drop in rate?
On a personal note--I should be scheduling my surgery to get rid of my thyroid really soon. YAY!!!!! I want to throw a good riddance thyroid party once its out. :) No radiation therapy though so I'm not sure I'll qualify for a superhero power from it though. -
