emails bouncing back

topic posted Tue, May 6, 2008 - 10:19 AM by  Autumnfey
My emails have been bouncing back (I'm sending to melodia@melodiadesigns.com ). I'm trying to check on the status of an order from ebay around 4/15. The username was blackcrusadegames, but it was for my friend so she mailed a cashier's check. Is there a better way to check status? Thanks.

I would call... Danielle says she's more accessible by phone right now.

    number is: 619-846-0367

In her words: "The customer service line is open for business. please note, calls will be returned in the order they are received AND during the hours of 11am and 8pm Pacific Standard Time."

    Hope that helps! :)

Huh. I sent an email on 4/13 inquiring about the availability S31 black sashes and an indigo denim tie-top and didn't get a response. I sent another email on April 30th (from slomoeknits) to check and see if my email got lost in space, but haven't heard back yet.

Aw, I spoiled you grrls so bad with that wicked turnaround time through all of last two years.

I did it by working up to 18 hours every day with no weekends or days off, and it really ended up costing me my health. That is why I am still on hiatus, focusing on yoga, meditation, dance, and taking good care of myself with healthful choices. I miss taking care of you all, I really do.

Please please please be patient waiting to be contacted. There are hundreds of emails every single day, and each one takes at least as much time as processing a full order *if* you included all necessary information *and* what you want is available. Otherwise it takes much longer.

Everyone working at Melodia Designs right now is strictly part time.

      They just finished Tribal Caravan.

They are prepping for Tribal Fest.

They are working on new specialty pants and a whole new line of standard pants, and some other exciting growth.

Please do whatever you can to refrain from contacting them a second and third and fourth time.

Really, seriously, go practice your drills and your zills and stretch out those quads and give yourself a foot massage and finish that panel skirt and that take out that belt you meant to work on and that top you just need to modify a teensy bit and those hair falls that just needed a tiny tweak and practice your veil work and clean your room and do your homework and study that DVD you invested in.

Thanks so much for your patience during this incredibly busy time.

And if you call and leave a message, Danielle gets back to you super quick! Like a day or two later. Just be patient, she will get back to you! I had the pleasure of speaking to her yesterday about my order. She said that calling was much easier to deal with than trying to wade through the hundreds of emails she gets a day.

        Oops!

        Sorry for posting misinformation!

This is not true, and I apologize for the upset I caused by saying the wrong thing.

Hi - I received my invoice! YAY!

Sorry for being a pest, I didn't realize quite how busy the Melo-people were. I'm envious, though, of the number of workshop/fests/etc that go on in the California area (I live in Halifax, NS).

      Thanks!
